In Simple Way: 

1. Delete Any ( Resource , Sys , System , _PAIbTN , Private ) From Memory Card And Mass Memory . 
2. Backup phone first using PC suite . 
3. Remove Memory Card From Phone Before Flashing 
4. Download File It's Contains All Core And Rofs2 Files So Just Replace The Original Files With new CFW. 
5. Change The Name Of  File RM-505_22.0.110_prd.rofs2.V15 To Rof2 File Name What ever It Was 
6. Flash Phone To The End. When Done, Message Just Plug The USB Cable Out And Remove The Battery And Insert It Again And Don't Power On . 
7. DO HARD RESET AFTER FLASHING (HARD FORMAT. Three Button Trick SHIFT+SPACE+BACKSPACE+Power On ) 
8. When Phone Is On Go to Application And Open Auto-installer And Press Option Then Start Wait Until It Finished and Restart Your Phone
